Founded in Bologna in 1949, the iconic Abarth brand began its journey as an independent car manufacturer, producing sports and racing cars.
Its founder - Carlo Abarth – had one fundamental mission: to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary.

The company was acquired by Fiat in 1971 and continued its specialty in racing and sports performance but applying these to Fiat models such as the Fiat 124 and Lancia Beta Montecarlo winning many races and championships for the parent company’s vehicles.
Today Abarth tuning kits, parts and model versions inject power and adrenaline to select cars from the Fiat portfolio of vehicles. The brand, with its distinctive scorpion logo has particularly loyal fans – known as “Abarthisti” – who know that anything carrying the Mark of the Scorpion will deliver enhanced power, performance and a racing soul.
